Trusted companion and elderly person enjoying time together
Safety & Trust

Your peace of mind is everything

We take the trust families place in us seriously. Here's exactly how we ensure every companion is safe, professional, and genuinely caring.

How We Keep You Safe

Safety built into everything

Thorough Vetting

Every companion goes through a rigorous application process including interviews, reference checks, and enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks before ever meeting a client.

Safeguarding Training

All companions and staff complete safeguarding training. They know how to recognise and respond to signs of abuse, neglect, or concern, and are obligated to act on them.

Professional Boundaries

Our companions operate within clear professional guidelines. They do not handle finances, make medical decisions, or engage in any behaviour that could compromise the dignity or safety of a client.

Family Communication

We maintain open communication with families. You can contact us at any time to ask questions, raise concerns, or request changes to visits. Nothing is too small to discuss.

Ongoing Support

We don't just match and disappear. Our team checks in regularly with both clients and families to ensure everything is going well and adjust as needed.

Regular Reviews

We conduct periodic reviews of all active companionships to ensure quality, consistency, and continued satisfaction from both the client and their family.
